Transport for West Midlands states that parking at most rail stations is free, and that you can be fined for parking at a Park & Ride site without using public transport.

Will I pay the Clean Air Zone charge?

Only if your vehicle doesn't meet the emission standards. Brum Breathes, the council's Clean Air Zone site, lists the charge as £8 a day for cars, vans and taxis, covering the area inside the A4540 Middleway but not the Middleway itself. Network West Midlands adds that electric and hybrid vehicles don't pay, and that the penalty for not paying is £120, reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days. Millennium Point and Dudley Street are inside the zone.
