Making a complaint
If something hasn't gone the way it should, email hello@guestwise.co.uk with "Complaint" in the subject line. If your home or stay is in Brighton, you can also message our Brighton team on WhatsApp. Tell us what happened and what you'd like us to do. We'll acknowledge it, look into it properly and come back to you as quickly as we can. We put things right with a credit against our management fee, not cash or a bank transfer.
