What we look for
- A clean DBS check (formerly called a CRB check)
- The right to work in the UK
- A smartphone, for the cleaning app
- Reliability, because guests arrive at a set time
Our standards
Guests expect a home that looks and feels like a hotel room: fresh linen, spotless surfaces, nothing missed under the bed or behind the taps. See our full cleaning standards.
Every clean is rated. Keep your average at 4.8 or above to stay active in the app. Cleaners who fall below it may be deactivated.
If a clean isn't up to standard, you go back and put it right once, free of charge. If you can't, part of the cleaning fee for that job is forfeited.
