Who we are
Guestwise manages short-term and medium-term lets for landlords who want their home to earn more without it becoming a second job. We're based in Brighton, and we run every home on Houst's booking and pricing technology.
Guestwise Ltd's director is Emily Parker, and Zachary Foster is the regional manager. In Brighton, Emily looks after every home herself. In 16 more UK cities, homes are looked after by local managers from the Houst network, who live and work where your property is.

Zachary came to short-lets from construction, where he managed building sites. He holds a bachelor's degree in liberal studies with a minor in project management, a postgraduate certificate in construction project management and an NVQ Level 7, along with site safety certificates. He knows how a building should be looked after, and runs every home with the same eye for detail.

Wennafrelle keeps the admin side of every Guestwise home running smoothly behind the scenes, so our hosts can get on with their lives.
What we believe
- No tenancies. We don't use ASTs or tenancy agreements, so your home stays yours.
- Straight answers. If your home isn't ready for guests, or local rules limit what you can do, we'll tell you before you sign, not after.
- Paid when you are. We earn a percentage of each booking, so we only do well when your home does.
